“ Had a fantastic breakfast here. My wife and I loved the view with the waterfall and ducks. The buffet had a great selection for Pescitariean and vegetarians which we appreciated. My favorite was the smoked salmon, stuffed crescent rolls, and bread pudding. My wife loved the cheesy potato bake and the waffle. During our visit there wasn't a omelet or pancake station but I think that helped reduce the wait. ”

In the morning the birds are singing and ducks swimming in the pond. The atmosphere is very relaxing. The staff is helpful and the food was slightly different each day. The bacon was perfect each day. The food is buffet style . We enjoyed starting our days out by dining here. This place is very clean and the food is fresh. ”
“ As guests at the Hyatt Regency Kaanapali, we always enjoy the brunch buffet in Swan Court. As globalist members of Hyatt rewards, we are entitled to free breakfast in the Regency Club, but we prefer to eat in Swan Court, even if it means we have to pay. The breakfast in the Regency Club is pretty disappointing but Swan Court never disappoints. Delicious, fresh fruit; a myriad of baked goods, and fresh, hot breakfast staples such as bacon, eggs, potatoes, waffles, or pancakes, etc. All are a delight! Service is very attentive. ”
